Hush Little Baby, Don't You Cry

A few weeks ago we shared a clip showing the delight and dangers in Stork Baby Delivery endeavors. That was such fun to watch! And it is true … babies are on their way. Of course, they will not be Stork delivered … I know a few young women who have babies due in the next couple of months – and I am so very delighted for them.

My excitement at the great blessing to come to them grows my awareness and sensitivity to all things newborn! I love holding babies. How I’d love to be there to see and cuddle their tiny ones. Don’t you like to do the same thing?

When I know babies are on their way, I notice so many baby related things around me. And, when out shopping, I make sure to wander through the baby section. Such cute and adorable clothes, and toys, and blankies too (yes, blankies are for babies – we can call them blankets when they’re older, if needed!)!

– it has been viewed well over 25 and a half million times! Good counsel certainly spreads far and wide when it comes to calming a crying baby.

How do you pacify your crying baby? What techniques do you use?
