I was impressed and surprised with this short National Geographic presentation. Usually their wildlife documentaries are of the real thing. Through them we are given an opportunity to learn more. And, become more and more amazed at all the Lord created for us to enjoy! There is such intelligence and so much beauty in all the Lord created. He does reveal Himself to us in creation. However, this one is a cartoon. I loved it. It can be used for so many purposes. A projected image can be diagramed on a wall, and then painted for a child’s room, a classroom, or an exterior mural on a playground. The lines are simple and almost anyone can paint their color choice to personalize the design, or to make it a regional depiction of nature. Furthermore, it could be used as part of a presentation on creation, birds, etc., as well as to teach children the vast range of birds which God created.

  • So God created the great sea creatures and every living creature that moves, with which the waters swarm, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. And God blessed them, saying, "Be fruitful and multiply and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth" (Genesis 1:21-22).
