Donkey Cheese

Although the humble donkey is often used in great Biblical accounts, it remains a working animal. There is no grandeur to its physique, it is a rather plain and ordinary animal. I have only ever considered it as an animal whose life’s value is to plod away in furthering human existence. The hard and difficult work – is donkey work. But, I have now changed my opinion. It changed when I came across this clip and I learned the most expensive cheese is produced from donkey milk. Did you know that?
