Dancing Leaves!

The wind is unpredictable! Have you ever walked down a street where there is only a gentle breeze only to turn a corner and a gust of wind blows your hat off? Or leave a window open and a stream of wind blows through with such force that items fall from the counter.
As much as wind can be destructive, its force ripping trees apart, and the ease with which it can remove a roof from a building – I like the wind. It blows away filthy air, moves hot air to bring cooling on a hot day.
The wind fascinates me when it picks up autumn leaves, swirls them about creating a colorful leaf-dance. It is true magic – contrasting its color range from browns to gold to rich reds. Not only do they dance, but the dry crispy leaves rustle while dancing through the air making a sound sensation that adds to the mystery and intrigue of an impromptu concert.
The wind is mysterious, it ‘blows to the south and goes around to the north; around and around goes the wind, and on its circuits the wind returns’ (Ecclesiastes 1:6).
