Crunchy Snack - Garbanzo Beans

3 cups of garbanzo beans / also called chickpeas
2 tablespoons olive oil or grapeseed oil
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon salt
Heat the oven to 400. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Allow the oil to coat and sprinkle the spices evenly. Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet and roast for about 35 minutes, or until desired crispiness.
They will keep fresh for a few days in a sealed container.
Add to trail mix or sprinkle on a salad for extra crunchiness.
